Newsmatics Limited, Ireland — responsible for local marketing, sales, invoicing, payment collection, and compliance with applicable Irish tax and legal obligations.

This joint controllership applies only to processing activities where both entities jointly determine the purposes and means of processing. You may exercise Your data protection rights described in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy with either entity, and the relevant companies will coordinate as necessary to ensure that Your request is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Where Personal Data is transferred from Ireland or the European Economic Area to the United States, such transfers are carried out using European Commission–approved Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required by applicable law.
