One must also have excellent communication and organizational skills.

In Brooklyn, StudioSC is looking to add a Project Architect with eight to fifteen years of experience and an Intermediate Architect / Designer with three to seven years of experience. The Project Architect must have advanced knowledge of NYC zoning and code, DOB filing drawing, and have a good level of construction knowledge. The Intermediate Architect / Designer should have an understanding of how a multifamily residential project works within New York City. Both positions require fluency in Revit.
