A former point guard for Oregon State men’s basketball has found his transfer destination.

Senior guard Damarco Minor will transfer to Pittsburgh, according to multiple reports on Monday. Minor entered the portal on April 4 and also received interest from Florida State and Virginia Tech.

Minor averaged 9.8 points, 5.1 assists and 4.8 rebounds per game for the Beavers in 2024-25, serving as one of the team’s leaders for its College Basketball Crown loss to Central Florida. He was among five regular starters and eight total players to eventually enter the portal for Oregon State, largely due to a lack of NIL resources.

In that narrow, postseason loss, Minor put up 16 points to go along with eight rebounds. While not among the group of Beavers players to enter the portal prior to the Crown tournament, Minor did depart three days later.

Former OSU guard Nate Kingz committed to Syracuse, leading scorer Michael Rataj committed to Baylor, and other departing starters Liutauras Lelevicius and Parsa Fallah have yet to announce their transfer destinations as the Beavers seek to rebuild their roster.
