Zoho x Deloitte: Indian firms to get tailor-made tech tools for faster digital shift
Deloitte India and Zoho have partnered to help Indian mid-sized and enterprise firms switch from outdated legacy systems to cloud-based digital tools. The strategic alliance will roll out sector-specific solutions across healthcare, NBFCs, eCommerce, and more. The aim is to speed up digital adoption and improve operational efficiency.

Deloitte India and Zoho have officially announced a strategic partnership that could shake up how Indian enterprises tackle digital transformation. The collaboration was revealed on 26 March 2025, and it’s expected to play a big role in helping mid-market and enterprise companies get rid of their old tech baggage and shift to smarter, faster, cloud-powered systems.
Let’s face it—many Indian businesses still rely on clunky legacy software, and shifting to new platforms can feel like trying to turn a truck in a narrow lane. This new alliance between Deloitte and Zoho is being pitched as the fix. By combining Deloitte’s consulting experience and Zoho’s homegrown SaaS muscle, the goal is to build solutions that actually fit how Indian firms work.
Focus on healthcare, NBFCs, e-commerce, and more
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal. The companies said they’ll roll out industry-specific tools that cater to sectors like healthcare, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), e-commerce, and a few others. These tools will be powered by Zoho’s 55+ connected apps—covering everything from accounting and inventory to customer service and low-code development.
“Enterprises operate with unique, well-defined processes that are integral to their success,” said Bishan Singh, Head of Channel Ecosystem at Zoho. “Streamlining such elaborate workflows requires solutions that are flexible and customisable.”
He added that Zoho’s mix of low-code, no-code, and pro-code tools will be key to building custom setups quickly. “This approach not only ensures operational efficiency but also empowers businesses to achieve speedy ROI and scale effectively.”
Tailored tech, not template solutions
At the heart of this partnership is the idea that every business is different—and digital upgrades shouldn’t feel like a forced template.
Vinay Prabhakar, who heads Sales and Alliances at Deloitte South Asia, said, “The power of collaboration lies in its ability to drive meaningful transformation. As businesses navigate an increasingly digital landscape, they require agile, scalable and future-ready solutions.”
He added that Deloitte’s goal is to “co-create tailored solutions” with Zoho, aimed at helping Indian enterprises modernise operations and stay future-ready. This means building tools that don’t just tick boxes but actually solve day-to-day problems that teams face across departments.
What this could mean for mid-size firms
For small and mid-sized businesses that are growing fast but struggling with disjointed systems, this alliance might open new doors. Instead of juggling multiple software vendors and consultants, companies could get integrated, sector-specific solutions faster—and without breaking the bank.
There’s also a promise of quicker deployment, since Zoho’s platform already supports low-code and no-code development. That means businesses don’t have to wait months to build or tweak systems.
Building for scale in a digital-first economy
The big picture here is simple: India’s digital economy is booming, and traditional firms need to catch up—or risk being left behind. The Deloitte-Zoho alliance is positioning itself as the helping hand for businesses stuck in the middle of that change.
