Provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, Maximizer Software, has introduced its Road Trip to Destination Business Growth Challenge for SMEs.

According to the company, the 15-day challenge, open to all types of organisations globally, is designed to help businesses navigate the new customer journey and improve their customer engagement, satisfaction and experience.

Participants make use of materials such as infographics, customisable PDFs, step-by-step guides, and e-books throughout the challenge to offer actionable insights which participants can apply to take their organisation to the next level.

Mike Richardson, MD EMEA, Maximizer, says: "Our 15-day road trip to destination business growth is designed to be a route to success which anyone can participate in."

As a software business that has been operating for over 30 years, Maximizer says it has had to recognise the need to adapt to new buyer behaviours to stay ahead and continue to grow as a business.

"Participants will receive one e-mail per working day over three weeks, focused on a new topic every day for 15 days. The e-mail consists of actionable tips, guidance and digital tools aimed at providing best practice advice and insights to help SMEs better understand the new customer journey and revolutionise their business," notes Richardson.

Participants will also receive a free toolkit to help take their business to the next level. Some of the key themes to be covered in the challenge include:

  • * Using technology to be business ready;
  • * Improving productivity through innovation;
  • * Introducing the new customer journey;
  • * How to map out your business' own customer journey;
  • * The art of customer segmentation;
  • * Identifying your most profitable customers;
  • * How to engage prospects and foster loyalty; and
  • * How to get buy-in from your team.

"The process wasn't easy but we thought enterprises could benefit from the key information and tools we have developed, to help grow their own businesses. Everyone wins in this challenge and the prize is the knowledge and success that derives from participating," notes Richardson.
