NaviCab aims to consolidate the dispatch efforts of many individual fleet and taxi company vehicles under one umbrella. Customers can now call, text or email NaviCab and book taxis regardless of the taxi company, pickup or drop-off location.

"There are currently more than 7000 taxis serving the DC area today, yet only 10 % are dispatch enabled. Our product offers a state of the art service to the these taxicab operators to efficiently deploy their existing fleet with an automated GPS dispatch and monitoring solution. The service is currently operating in Washington, DC, with limited service available in Virginia and Maryland and has already signed agreements with several operators, independent cab owners and dispatch companies. The company plans to expand its service in other cities in the coming months.
