LOUIS, MO / PHILADELPHIA, PA, October 26, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia (JJC) has partnered with Global Vision Technologies (GVT) to implement FAMCare , GVT's web-based, child welfare and family services case management software solution - to help them improve upon an already successful operation. JJC is a non-profit, multi-service agency that serves the needs of at-risk children, youth and families.
